Can any loan officer or mortgage broker assist me with getting a Green Mortgage?

Any loan officer who is approved to originate FHA & VA loans can assist you with getting an EEM. However, a large majority of loan professionals may not be aware of an EEM or will not do them because it requires additional work on their part with no additional pay off on their end.

Finding a broker and loan officer who are experienced in processing these loans can help the process go along faster and be able to give you better guidance through out the process.
